Rugby Station is the latest cycle hub; designed, manufactured and installed by Falco. It provides cycle-rail users with everything they might need as part of their daily commute including 108 spaces of the innovative FalcoLevel-Premium+ two-tier cycle rack, 86 spaces of the FalcoVert semi-vertical cycle rack, a FalcoFix 2.0 cycle repair stand and a convenient FalcoSway bench for those tired commuter legs!
Falco provided the client with a complete cycle hub service including free AutoCAD design, as well as free site surveys, manufacture, supply and installation. The cycle parking is just one of a number of hubs being supplied to Virgin Trains West Coast Mainline stations as part of their project to upgrade bike parking facilities across their network.
The cycle hub also makes use of the high density FalcoVert semi-vertical cycle rack, designed to be user-friendly and ideal for those who are unable to use the two-tier rack. The convenient FalcoFix 2.0 cycle station has been provided to compliment the secure cycle racks and is ideal for cyclists who require to make basic cycle maintenance whilst on the go.
Falco has recently provided a complete cycle hub package to many other stations UK-wide including Cambridge CyclePoint, Reading Station, Dewsbury Station, Derby Midland Station, Upminster Station, Harpenden Station, Stoke-on-Trent Station, Chelmsford Station and the UK's first series of community cycle hubs as part of the London Borough of Waltham Forest Mini Holland Programme!
