This is the new series of nine FalcoForce Electric Cycle Stands recently manufactured, supplied and installed by Falco at the Castle Mill graduate housing complex, University of Oxford.
In response to the growing adoption of e-bikes by students and staff, the University partnered with Falco to enhance sustainable transport infrastructure at its Castle Mill housing site. The new installation supports the University’s wider goal of promoting low-carbon travel and providing practical, secure facilities for postgraduate residents.
Each FalcoForce cycle stand enables the secure storage and charging of two electric bikes, offering a total of 18 e-bike charging bays across the site. Designed with both functionality and visual appeal in mind, all nine cycle stands have been powder coated in RAL 6018 Yellow Green—an eye-catching, modern finish that enhances visibility and complements the site’s contemporary setting.
The FalcoForce is a robust cycle stand that securely supports e-bikes whilst providing convenient access to integrated charging points. Its simple, durable construction accommodates a wide range of bike frame types and locking mechanisms, ensuring peace of mind for cyclists.
Designed in the Sheffield stand style it accommodates up to two bikes using a traditional cycle lock or chain and meets IP54 so is perfect for indoor or outdoor use.
The FalcoForce has great flexibility when it comes to installation for a variety of surfaces, with options available in a surface fix, below ground fix or with concrete blocks for insertion below ground.
