Whether you are purchasing a small number of cycle stands or co-ordinating a large cycle parking, shelter or street furniture installation, our team will work with you throughout the process to ensure your requirements are clearly understood and your order is delivered as smoothly as possible.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, our team will review the details and issue an order confirmation for you to check.
This provides an opportunity to confirm the product specification, quantities, finishes, delivery details and any other project-specific requirements before manufacture or despatch takes place.
We ask customers to check their order confirmation carefully and advise us as soon as possible if any amendments are required.
Product Availability & Lead Times
Many standard Falco products may be available from stock, while other products are manufactured specifically to order.
Lead times can therefore vary depending on the product, quantity, finish and scope of the project. Our sales team can advise on current availability and anticipated delivery dates when preparing your quotation or processing your order.
For projects working towards a particular programme or completion date, please let us know as early as possible so that we can discuss your requirements.
Made-to-Order Products
A significant proportion of the Falco range can be configured to suit individual project requirements.
Depending on the product, options can include different sizes, capacities, finishes, colours and configurations. Falco also operates its own manufacturing and powder-coating facilities, enabling us to manage the production process and provide a wide choice of product finishes.
Where drawings, layouts or specifications form part of the order, these can be reviewed and agreed before production.
Delivery
When your goods are ready for despatch, our team will contact you to co-ordinate delivery.
Delivery charges are quoted separately and will depend upon the products ordered, quantity, destination and any particular delivery requirements.
Where available and appropriate, faster or next-day delivery can also be discussed with our sales team.
Off-Loading Requirements
Some Falco products are large or heavy and may require suitable unloading facilities when they arrive on site.
If your site does not have appropriate off-loading equipment available, please let us know when placing your order. Falco can arrange vehicles with suitable mechanical lifting equipment where required, helping to make delivery safer and easier.
Any access restrictions or specific site requirements should also be communicated to our team in advance.
Delivery & Installation
Falco can provide much more than product supply alone.
For projects requiring a complete service, our experienced operations team can co-ordinate delivery and professional installation throughout the UK. Depending on the scheme, this can include site surveys, CAD layouts, groundworks, foundations, product installation and project sign-off.
By combining design, manufacture, delivery and installation within one service, Falco can help simplify the management of cycle parking, shelter and street furniture projects.

For larger or more complex schemes, our team can assist before an order is placed.
Falco can provide advice on product selection, site layout and capacity, together with site surveys, CAD drawings and rendered visualisations where appropriate. This allows potential issues to be identified early and helps ensure the proposed products are suitable for the available space.
