Falco is delighted to announce the new appointment of Owen Denny as our new Operations Assistant based at our head office in Leekbrook. Owen joins us having previously left college and gaining three years’ experience processing, planning and organising orders to meet customer deadlines within the printing industry.
Reporting to Contracts Manager, Steven Jackson, Owen’s new role at Falco will involve supporting all areas of the Operations Department including; operational planning, organising deliveries and collections, assisting all aspects of health and safety including CDM, carrying out site surveys and generally supporting Steve with the excellent project management we provide to our customers.
Commenting on his new position, Owen added ”I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in at my new role at Falco and starting a career for myself. I believe I will become a valuable member of the team with my hunger to learn and develop new skills. Falco is a growing and forward-thinking organisation and everyone I have met here so far has been very supportive and made me feel very welcome”.
Jeremy Green, Managing Director, added “With Lisa joining the Customer Service department recently it’s great to have Owen on board in the Operations team. He’s an energetic and willing guy and despite his age he already brings with him some good transferable skills. He’s already made himself a key part of the team here and it’s great to have another boost of positivity in the office, especially with the increase in installation and deliveries over the last couple of years. Owen’s fitted in really well here and we hope he grows into the role more and more in the coming months and years.”
In his spare time, Owen enjoys being active by attending the gym and spending time at his local golf course. Socialising with family and friends at a weekend is important to Owen and as a season ticket holder he is an avid Stoke City FC fan.
