Falco has completed the roll-out of a new tranche of cycle parking facilities across East Midlands Railway’s Uttoxeter, Boston and Long Eaton stations. The scheme which got underway at the start of this year involved the manufacture, supply and installation of a number of cycle parking facilities with associated shelters to allow commuters and visitors to securely park their bikes whilst on the go.
Two key products of this tranche of the East Midlands Railway scheme includes the open and spacious FalcoZan-180 cycle shelter and the UK’s leading FalcoLevel-Premium+ two-tier cycle rack, providing mass, sheltered and secure cycle parking across the network.

The FalcoLevel-Premium+ as installed at all three East Midlands Railway stations, is the UK’s most user friendly two-tier cycle parking system which makes use of both steel and aluminium to create a significant reduction in noise pollution and a much smoother transition of the upper tier.
The FalcoZan-180 shelter, as installed at two stations, is a straightforward two-tier cycle rack shelter manufactured from a combination of hot-dip galvanised steel and sustainable hardwood slats.
Pictured here is the new cycle parking facility at Long Eaton Station, installed at the main car park off the B6540, the new cycle parking facility installed at Uttoxeter station at the main carpark off station road and the new cycle parking facility at Boston station next to the main carpark off Station Approach.
