FalcoQuarter Cycle shelter for Dunoon Library
05-09-2013

Falco manufactured and fitted this attractive cycle parking shelter located outside the library in Dunoon. Taken on a crisp morning in March 2010 within view of the church, this photo shows the FalcoQuarter cycle shelter very much at home with its surroundings. Julie Young the Sustainable Travel Co-ordinator at the Argyll and Bute Council thanked the Falco sales staff for their work commenting ?Thanks for responding so quickly and for good liaison with our site contacts. We?re very happy with the service and equipment we?ve received from Falco.?

The Council required Falco to install a cycle parking shelter for ten bikes in four independent sites. Falco supplied and fitted this cost effective street furniture product in an efficient two week period for all four sites. The FalcoQuarter cycle shelter is carefully manufactured to meet BREEAM standards. All Falco cycle parking systems are hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 for a very ling life span and can be subsequently powder coated in any of the RAL colours

Falco has been a family company with its own production site for over 70 years. Sustainability was in our DNA from the very beginning and this is reflected within our complete range of modular cycle parking and shelter products, all designed with full circularity in mind.

All products ranges are contemporary and durable, typical of a Falco product. Falco has been at the forefront of the cycle parking and street furniture market and has built up a renowned reputation for manufacturing products that exceed in both design and durability.

Falco’s operations have supported the Circular Economy for many years, simply manufacturing products with environmentally friendly products, that can last for decades and at the end of the product life can be 100% recycled and manufactured back into a brand new product.
