Falco’s Finance Manager is Nominated for Newly Qualified Accountant of the Year Award, at this Year’s PQ Magazine Awards 2019!
Falco’s Finance Manager, Jeanette Barlow, was nominated for this years ‘Newly Qualified Accountant of the year’ award at the PQ Magazine Awards 2019!
The prestigious event was held at the Café de Paris in London on the 26th February and is intended to recognise and reward some of the most promising and inspirational future accountants from across the United Kingdom.
The ceremony features a total of 16 different awards aimed at celebrating skills, recognising hard work, identifying role models, praising past and present contributions and providing encouragement for future careers. As well as individual employees, the awards also nominates apprentices, accountancy body, public and private collages and lecturers and mentors who has been recognised for providing outstanding service and commitment to the industry.
Jeanette who has served seventeen years at Falco said; “To be shortlisted for the 2nd year in a row, this time for NQ of the Year was a fantastic feeling. I was happy to have finally qualified, so this was the “cherry on the cake. Thank you to all who supported me through my study journey, and to PQ magazine for a wonderful evening”.
