USAGE AND BENEFITS:
There are 3 machines in this station and each machine can be used by different users at the same time. On Gallows section, user can train both wide and narrow positions. On leg extension machine, user train with upper-front leg muscle, and on pull down machine; user can train upper back, arm and shoulder muscles.
WARNINGS:
• Teenagers under 14 years old advised to be supervised.
• It is advised to consult a doctor before training.
• It can be dangerous for the users have cardiac pacemaker.
• Do not use any product have problem on anchorage system or have assemblage and inform immediately to authorized people.
• Usage of equipments can cause personal injury and producer does not accept responsibility for such situations.
